Cafe Sheeta was founded on a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee and a well-made cocktail deserve the same reverence. Nestled along Austin Highway, we've created a space where the warmth of a neighborhood café meets the sophistication of a late-night bar.
Our beans are sourced from small-lot roasters. Our spirits are chosen for character, not convenience. And our space — deep burgundy walls, brushed gold fixtures, low amber light — is designed to make you stay a little longer than you planned.
